Arc Chamber Vent
There are seven variable parameters used to
investigate the effects on the mobility of the
arc root from the contact region. They are
contact material, arc chamber vent, peak
short circuit current level, contact velocity,
arc chamber material, the gap behind the
moving contact and supply polarity.
